Great news, I think we have good defensive players for this season, maybe a an attacking wide midfielder would be good, and possibly another striker, unless the new signings are good enough which is yet to be seen.

Osian Roberts hopes to see Jazz Richards 'step up'

Wales assistant Osian Roberts hopes to see Jazz Richards ‘steps up in his career’ after joining Cardiff City.

The 25-year-old struggled for game time at Fulham last season and has returned to South Wales to see some more action.

Roberts told the BBC...

“Hopefully this move will be a good one for Jazz so he can step up in his career.

“What Jazz needs now is a regular run of games and to play week in, week out.

“When he went to Fulham he played, had an injury and struggled to get back into the side.

“For whatever reason, he needs a change of environment.

“Paul knows him very well having been in the Wales set-up, has seen a what’s he’s like not only on the pitch, but also what he’s like on a daily basis on the training ground.

“He’s a good trainer and has got a great attitude.”
