Depends how Trollope wants to set up. He doesn't fit into a team because of his lack of strength. I'd say no.

I've been saying this for the last 3 seasons would live to see him here. :ayatollah:

I don't think he costs to much, just not suitable.

Absolutely agree with you.

Every time I've seen Williams play against us he's been neat, tidy and distinctly average.

With our virtually zero budget this summer we have to be looking for players who are better than we already have. I've not seen anything from Jonny Williams which would suggest that over a full Championship season he could improve our team significantly.

doesnt stop these sort of threads appearing on almost a daily basis though!

you just have to hope the people in charge of signing players don't use the thought process, namely that he did well in a few games in the summer therefore ignore the previous 12 months.

however, many clubs do. and invariably, they end up with a player who, surprise surprise, isn't as good as they were expecting.

Hopefully with Trollope as manager!

We could build a team around him and Emyr Huws in midfield

Can't believe he's still only 22!

What's happened to George Williams these days, he was in our euro squad but I don't recall seeing him feature much in the champ last season. Had a good game when he came on for Wales v Belgium away! Would we also like to see Tom Lawrence back too?
