I've had a few Shepherds Annis and I've cried after every one of them. Like you, I've had them with me every day, and there is a huge chasm in your life when they go. I'd like to say it'll get better, but I still occasionally drive past the place where one of them was born, and I'm choked every time. I'm feeling the same now, just thinking about him, and I lost him eleven years ago.
I feel your grief Annis.

I know exactly how you feel. So horrible saying good bye to someone who has given you unconditional love.

Like all family deaths the grieving will last quite some time despite the words of comfort. At least she had a good life and you can be very proud of that.

Gareth, one of the worst days in my life saying goodbye to her, I know some won't understand, but that's how I feel.
