One of the best programme s I've seen in a long while.

Theres are another similar documentary out there called 'Stairways' which also follow a similar murder trial.. Brilliant viewing!

I thought it was weird she's tweeting so much but then I thought she's basically doing what the prosecution did in his original trial. Also think she has alot more stuff up her sleeve than she is tweeting about. The intersting one for me is the tweet saying about Teressa leaving his property and Avery didn't

She's found what some sleuths on Twitter identified a few months ago, which was that Teresa's phone was called after her supposed murder, and that the phone call connected through a cell tower that wasn't near Avery. Basically, her phone was not at his yard at the time she was supposedly there being raped and murdered. The call logs absolutely confirm that, from what sense I could make of the experts chatter over it.

However the phone supposedly ended up destroyed and burnt at Avery's yard, it was absolutely not there at the time the prosecution claim he killed her, which makes zero sense within the prosecutions overall timeline

The only thing that will stop him walking free is pure stubbornness within the system, I think. But there's so much media surrounding this that I don't think they'll be able to play hard ball like they were in the immediate years following his sentencing.

So much stuff doesn't add up. The difference this time though is that Zellner wants a state trial not a county trial so won't be people on the jury such as the father of the deputy sheriff and think there was someone else who worked for manitowoc county (which shouldn't of happened in the first place)

Zellner seems pretty positive about getting him released. Even looks like she's got a suspect as well.

Love to know what the most advanced testing in the world Steve avery gone through.
