Honestly why bother?

Who's been talking of Cornelius again, going over the same crap over and over again, my point is valid.

No it's hypocritical.

Never thought of it like that, your prob right, but to highlight the fact he's asking fans to get behind the team, look to the future, he has to let go of his Malky rage. Ole was the worst culprit but Tan still bangs on about Acorn, one bad buy and he continues to be rubbished by Tan.

From the interview it seems the past is not quite water under the bridge just yet

Maybe there was more to it, but we don't know, but yes, time for everyone to move on .

I agree its time to move on but his speech was all relative to the situation, he has a point in that Ole and Malky wasted a lot of money of which he is writing off.

Im over the moon about the debt to equity but also throughout his speech he seems keen on putting things right, im hoping we will not be run property and breaking even each season.

Luke, I never hear much about the £3mil he personally wasted on etien velikonja. The Malky talk needs to be confined to history now :ayatollah:

He admits mistakes with little detail but has plenty of time to talk about Malkys :laughing6:

Malky was happy to take the credit when he signed though, talking about how he had tracked him for so long over a few years.

I think if it was my money id be a lot more vocal about Malky.

I'm not going to catch that hot potato, its open to debate if Etien is a Tan signing or not. That's been done to death now. :ayatollah:

No it's hypocritical.

Malky went in record to claim Velikonja was a player he wanted.

So, was he lying ?

Bollocks!! the size of the stadium is irrelevant. At one time Ninian Park was 50000 plus capacity in the old second division and then the lower divisions.
The Stadium we now have is fabulous.

The stadium clearly wasn't extended for Championship matches. Just making the point that without top tier football being played there its not a stadium that generates much energy due to its size

Where, or how did Malky rape the club? Could you provide the evidence to back this up? As Tan spent a fortune (allegedly) trying to prove this and could not.
As you now seem to have this evidence I am sure you could provide Tan with it so he could continue his vendetta against the man who got us promoted to the PL.

FINACIALLY-go back and read my post properly and stop half quoting me.And if you want to support a racist who squandered millions of our funds-knock yourself out.

I think that's where the confusion lies, if I told you to buy me a pony and deliver it to my doorstep would you do it?

Malky asked Tan to buy him a Danish bloke for a ridiculous amount, it was Tan doing the buying, not Malky

Exactly..... Does anyone actually believe the manager of a football team carries around the club cheque book in his arse pocket and is able to spend whatever he wants whenever he wants without ever needing approval from a senior club executive? Really? Maybe on planet dipshit but not in the real world... Someone way above the manager would have approved every penny of cash being spent. So if there was anything dodgy going on it was by one of Tan's appointed executives.

Alex Ferguson had to present his case to the board of directors prior to every signing, and if someone with his track record wasn't given free reign, how does anyone actually believe that malky Mackay could spend whatever he wanted with no safety checks in place?

Tan keeps dropping the "malky was dishonest / not trustworthy / bungs " into every media appearance he has - maybe he should produce the proof of this, oh wait he spent a fortune looking for proof and came up with f**k all.

Tans a snake and I trust nothing the cock says.

Malky and Moody were given a budget and f*cking bought shite with it. Moody was in charge of doing the deals. That was his job.

Hull spent a fraction what we did and built a decent squad. They signed Figueroa, Curtis Davis, Tom Huddlestone and loaned Jake Livermore for what we spent on Cornelius.

Exactly. Been done to death. People must think Tan signs every penny off. That's not how business works you give people responsibility and place your trust in them and on the signings that summer Tan got badly let down.

Yes would have been nice to have a football man instead of Simon Lim to question these signings but they were in charge of the budget and decided how to spend it. Badly.

Owner of my company doesn't signs every penny off. He's in his place in Switzerland skiing and living the life of Riley for about 4 months a year and trusts his management structure and financial director to take care of things in his absence.
