David, I believe he won't stay even if asked, the pressure has been to much for him.
He would also do a good job for clubs like Rotherham and he's actually done a better job than I ever thought he would for us![]()

He won't struggle to get a club in the championship now.
Clubs will look at where we are in the table and the funds he's had to succeed.
They'll also look at his signings , would you honestly give him funds ?
Would I give him funds at Cardiff do you mean? No, I'd employ an experienced championship manager with a record of getting clubs promoted. Like I've said all year, keep him till the end of the season and move forward with a new manager.
I believe we're still in a very precarious position considering the way our club is run.
What I'm saying is that there's plenty of smaller clubs with smaller funds in the championship who would now be happy be happy to employ slade, in my opinion.

Personally I don't think our club will have much funds for any manager next year unless we go up, I think we'll still need cutbacks to comply with the fair play rules, so a lot will come down to how many more we get rid of.

Slade doesn't know how to play anything else only 4 4 2
We used to get beaten second half as teams changed their system to beat his 4 4 2 and worked most times

He might not have spent much with us (thank f**k) but he wouldn't inherit the squad of players at a small club like he's inherited here.
Slades lucky he's got some very decent players here. Even after the cuts its one of the best squads in the division after the big spending 4.
again.
