Happens at every club

Player get a loyalty bonus when they sign a contract that's paid over the length of their contract with the club.

If they leave the club before the end of the contract without requesting a transfer they're entitled to what's remaining on the loyalty payment.

It's why so few players actually submit transfer requests.

I'm probably more closely related to Drogba than that.

Wouldn't surprise me if Tan's son will end up being the owner of the club. I think one of his sons went to Cardiff Uni I'm probably wrong, but maybe he has an idea how Cardiff fans feel about the club through mixing with the odd fan in Uni Obviously it doesn't make you qualified to run a club though. Good luck to Joe Mason seems like we got a good fee for him,hope selling him doesn't come back to haunt us though. Can't say I know anything about this guy from Denmark not sure if anyone has any good info on him other than wiki. It baffles me the club is willing to pay out £10,000 for the Huddersfield game if money is tight then surely they can go by coach, it's not like it's a big game as we probably won't make the playoffs (sorry to be negative) and do the players really need to be spoilt like premiership stars, just my opinion.

One of Vincent Tan's sons is spending more and more time at the club in recent times, as well as being present at the Rotherham home game, Tan's offspring has also attended recent away matches too. He is spending time at the club overseeing things at the club and becoming involved in day to day activities.

Cardiff City's team will fly to Huddersfield tomorrow afternoon at 2.30pm, the squad will train at the Vale tomorrow morning before being coached over to Cardiff Airport for the mid afternoon flight. The team coach will then make its way to Huddersfield with the team kit on board and some staff members.

The cost for this exercise will cost approximately £10,000.

Anthony Pilkington is in full training and is fit for Saturday's trip to Huddersfield though City do have injury concerns to a number of other players.

Joe Mason has now completed his move to Wolves but the delay was due to the severance package that had to be agreed between Mason and Cardiff City. Mason was entitled to a full settlement of his contract and this led to a number of conversations to come to an agreement on the settlement figure.

Mason did not want to leave and was happy at Cardiff but City agreed to the sale and the severance pay was the hold up on the deal.

Thats a good point, Slade could not have developed his game any further and in my opinion, any of our players.
