Dave Jones

It's mad that this is on the forum,I was talking to my mate today at training and when I told him my happiest times as a Cardiff fan was under Dave Jones when we was knocking on the door of the playoffs playing great exciting football,I'd take that again now any day,if we are doing things on a budget which we clearly are he's perfect also,the amount of loans and cheap signings we made under him was great management especially thinking we had Welsh boys coming through the academy into the first team,is that not exactly what u want? Without the youth coming through teams not in the Prem can't survive without a owner willing to splash t cash which we don't have so yeah would love for him to come back

You are preaching the gospel I obviously grew up watching Dave jones Cardiff teams and he was the biggest factor why I decided not to support the liverpools, man utds etc because Cardiff was playing exciting attacking football, there was always welsh players to relate too. My two favourite players being bothroyd and chopra and we was always competing for a trophy or a promotion at the end of each season. I am telling you Dave Jones spoilt us Cardiff fans and I think only now we are starting to have withdrawl symptoms that we are no longer compeating for promotions or cups. If Dave Jones had a david marshall in his team we may of had a fa cup and another promotion to our name. Get Jones back please!!!!

He did have a David Marshall he was his f*cking signing!

Jones signed him from Norwich,bothroyd was my favorite player growing up and with Chopra and Ross we was spoilt indeed

Haha my bad I couldn't remember I thought Malky signed him, we had so many goalkeepers under dave jones I couldn't keep up The countless times dodgy keepers stopped us from glory under jones. You got to give it too jones though he knew how to sign quality players and I guess I can add marshall to that list as well .

Dave Jones wont except Tans low wages.
