Hull did not even need to go in to 2nd gear as City were virtually non existent.
I really felt for the diehards tonight, having made the long journey for the team not to turn up.
There was NO drive, desire or team spirit from Cardiff tonight, in fact we looked, nervous from the start.
City never had one shot on target![]()

HULL CITY 2 CARDIFF CITY 0
Marshall; Peltier, Connolly, Manga, Malone; Noone, Gunnarsson, Ralls, Pilkington; Watt, Mason
Subs: Moore, Fabio, Whittingam, O'Keefe, Ameobi, Macheda, Revell
Crowd 15,549
Away Support - 113 City fans + 50 comps making the official figure 163 City fans ( But not all the comps have been taken ).
With Hull City laying 3rd in the Championship and City in 9th, this was really going to be test for Russell Slades team.
Approx 130 City fans had made the long cold journey to the North.
From the first minute Cardiff continually gave the ball away, putting ourselves under pressure, thankfully Hulls finishing was not up to scratch.
In the 40th min Peltier fouled to give Hull a penalty , which was easily put away 1-0 :cry
Half-time Hull 1 City 0
With in minutes Marshall was in action and as Hull continued to go forward they split our defence open 2-0 Hull![]()
60th min Mason who had done nothing, was replaced by Ameobi.
80th min Watt who had his worse game so far was replaced by Macheda.
My Man of the match David Marshall![]()

I don't think I've ever read anyone on here saying he isn't a nice/decent guy, but I hope for everyone's sake that this was a humble farewell prior to an announcement later today or tomorrow
By the sound of the commentary (and early reports on here) it sounds like City were beaten quite easily and with little much in the way of a serious response, so time for change and someone who can re-galvanise and (maybe) add to what we mostly agree is a decent squad in this Division; preferably NOT from within!![]()
Safe journey home everyone who travelled![]()

We still have a few who believe he can take us forward, and one or two who are still convinced we can make the play offs. I think the majority of fans knew at the start of the season that we were destined for mid table mediocrity, and the others are either wearing the thickest blue blinkered glasses they could find, or have very limited knowledge of football. Even saw predictions of a draw tonight, and one or two even predicting a win for us. Have they actually been watching the same Cardiff City that I have been watching all season. This match was almost a home win banker, and quite a few on this forum (not me) got the score spot on. We were never going to be in the promotion battle, and we have'nt got any cup games to look forward to either. Our season has fizzled out, and I can see some very poor home attendances ahead of us.

No, they'll be flying home tonight no doubt in comfort and luxury whilst the fans travel for hours in cars and coaches in terrible weather and most of whom will be in work early tomorrow whilst our players "rest" after their half arsed efforts this evening.

Tan contacts Ken Choo at least 5 times a week regarding City's finances.
Plus Tan is non stop talking to Dalman about the football side.
