Sometimes I wonder why the paper pay some journos
This bloke abbadanato surely has too much time on his hands; he should be sent to report on the indoor midweek 5 a side league as penance for such a ridiculous article.

Might right an article for them saying how mourinho will take over with George Osborne as assistant, Boris as ball boy and piers Morgan as stadium announcer.

"Deeper thinking Cardiff Fans" - confirmation that Abbandanato's a mammoth mammary.

It's because of shit like this I stopped buying the echo in 2011.

I know our fans are desperate to get rid of Russell Slade and the Echo in my opinion have turned on him big time,But for me the South Wales Echo have gone to far, I would rather stick with Russell Slade than have Gary Monk as our manager.
.. Next Cardiff City manager Garry Monk???
By Paul Abbandonato who is Head of Sport at Media Wales

Don't choke on your food, yes this would be a real left-field choice.
But, just for a moment, leave aside the fact that Monk is steeped in tradition with what Cardiff fans would dub 'that lot down the road'.
Isn't he exactly the sort of hungry, young manager with fresh ideas that many Cardiff fans would like?
Garry Monk parted company with Swansea. Would any Cardiff fans accept him as manager in the Welsh capital?
Monk parted company with Swansea a month ago, but he did take them to a record high Premier League finish only in May. And he was, remember, being touted as Roy Hodgson's England successor only this autumn.
Likelihood: Monk's Swansea connections make this pretty much impossible. But would some deeper-thinking Cardiff fans prefer him to Russell Slade?
Ha ha what a joke, despite the fact that he's a jack, he's a shit Manager with virtually no experience who has just been sacked........

I wouldn't have thought he would even think about joining us, he would never be accepted and would get more stick than Slade, but hey this is Cardiff City

Monk is crap

Interestingly enough, an anagram of 'Abbandonato' is 'Abandon Boat'. He should go down with it with comments like this.

What's the likelihood of the club's current owner and management choosing the kind of manager fans appear to want... What are the odds? 100-1... 500-1... Bearing in mind Mr Slade has had to manage not just the team but the expectations of The Incredible Insatiable Man, I think he's doing rather well... Ole would have got us a second relegation... We're more than likely to get a John Sheridan than a Neil Warnock or a Gary Monk... No disrespect to John Sheridan who steered County to a 4-1 win at Bristol Rovers... I fear if Russell Slade is sacked the clubs decline will accelerate with more wrong and badly thought out choices
