Passionate NO from me, almost as much passion as I have towards Slade getting sacked.

No managerial experience and don't know who he might be able to bring in as back room staff. I just don't want to see him or any one else who comes here fail, and with the mentality of our fans at present I don't think there would be much, if any, tolerance for mistakes. A couple of defeats and the moaners would start up again pretty quickly (if they ever stopped). There would be rumours that he was Tan's choice and nobody else's, that Tan was taking control because of Bellamy's inexperience etc. etc. etc.and blahblah blah. Our club is a poison chalice, would he or anybody of quality in their right mind want the job? (Even the jacks couldn't get the man they wanted). He's a lot smarter than he used to be given credit for, so he might well have the good sense to turn it down.

Keane had no experience took Sunderland up, Howe, argument for both. Yes a gamble but not a massive gamble, people fail to realise if bellers is given time elsewhere and does well he would be in big demand.
