My thoughts 100%. Tan please go. the Pl is not everything. I would just like our club back.

Mine too, it makes perfect sense. I'm amazed some people can't see that this Tan guy just bought the club as a plaything and purely for self-aggrandizement. People keep banging on about how "he saved us". Do they think he did that out of altruism? He saw an opportunity to enrichen his coffers, rub shoulders with the sporting big wigs and it all helped to inflate his ego. He's just a chancer who throws his toys out of the pram when he doesn't get his own way. I'm sure Cardiff City is way down on his priority list.

Re: " ASTONISHING VINCENT TAN "

About the rebrand I think Tan was ill advised about fans accepting his investment for the change but the whole idea should never of been considered and happened and about Ole he was Dalmans choice and Tan hired and backed him because of his Man U connections and was the totally wrong decision should've kept Malky even though what was going Tan should of let him see the rest of the season out and then sack him and the transfers we don't have a structure for transfers Tan just draws up a list of recommendations and send them on to the manager.

Re: " ASTONISHING VINCENT TAN "

Same old .....same old.........Tan to blame for eveything!!
Sorry if this is not a popular post but......
.......If he gets involved (he should leave running the club to others) and its his fault (if we buy duds or we pay o.t.t for ACorn) .
.... If he keeps in the background (he has forgotten us)...his fault (why doesnt he do this or that).
If he treats us like kids, maybe its because some of us act like big kids!

Truth be told not every club are going to be top of the league or get promotion or whatever. He is not the best by any means. On the other hand he is by no means the worst and certainly better than some of the other charletons liked by the fans (SH) and who had us on the road to administration! I also think he is the only owner in City's history to give millions to local charities (but you are pretty quiet on that one).
All in all time to get out of the pulpit and stop preaching about the evil Mr Tan.

give it a REST!

Good post Macydee, when Malky told him had to have a certain player Tan showed his support same with Ole and backed them, now he wants to know the ins and outs of where is money goes, who can blame him.

Just pleased we are trying right are wrongs and get the club on an even keel.

Debt to Equity was agreed to be done with in months of the Rebrand, Ive proved this time and time again and I attended all the meetings with Tans representives incl Allan Whitley CEO.

Apart from the one interview when tan said he might turn debt to equity once Langston is sorted out did tan say it or did the two faced club director s say it ?

Wez, Keith Morgan, has another video of Tan saying to a University in Cardiff, ask him to put the link on here when he's next on here. :ayatollah:

I'm glad he saw it as a play thing. If he was trying to make money then he may have charged us a wage for services rendered like our previous owners/chairmen or charged us excessive interest on money loaned like loads of fuckers have.

Instead he charges no interest and takes no wage from the club.

Cardiff city might be low on his list of priorities but thankfully he still subsidises us to a considerable amount.

Why brackets around saved us? That's a matter of fact not an opinion.

I am confused

We have had 126 players in but only 55 out including loans so does that mean we have 71 paid professionals on our books

Or am I missing something here ?

Annis - Spanish sun gone to my head!!

do we know what we started with under tan, how many we have had in and how many players left on our books against loan players.

Do you have similar figures under Sam as u can remember us having four or five different keeper in one season ? Plus we had the fire sale of players as well.

Is there any comparison to other similiar championship sides also ?

Good luck with your move also ! I am back in March so will probably pass you !!

Re: " ASTONISHING VINCENT TAN "

Fri Jan 08, 2016 8:17 pm

Not soley sure who is to totally blame for the decreasing interest in the club and fan base , but sadly the numbers speak for their selves, some thing is wronge . As a long standing Cardiff city supporter I have my self taken a distance from the club over the past year or so due to the fact the club have done alot of damage in alienating many and there seem little partnership with fans, and this was proven with the rebrand and the coming and goings of managers and not to mention MR Tans views and attitude towards the fans.
The players have not helped the situation either with under average performances and this does not generate a good factor, hence disinterest and apathy amongst fans . The lack of ambition also does not help from the club, so all in all some things need to change .....
Its important to have a strong local football club, but this can only be achieved with having supporters onside and this is not the case at this moment, come on city sort it out...................

Cardiff City have had an astonishing turnover of 126 players incl loan players

Vincent Tan has had 6 different CEO"S

We have signed one player every 25 days during Tans approx 5 year reign

55 players left

We have recouped transfer fee for just 15 players

The total figures

TAN ERA FEES PAID: £69.055m

TAN ERA FEES RECEIVED: £35.775m

TAN ERA PLAYERS OUT: 55

TAN ERA NET SPEND: £33.28m

So basically tan kept his word and spent the money he promised us and what we craved when we whored ourselves at the Ricoh with malayasian flags. We got everything we want but that wasn't good enough for us. Just a joke from both sides fans and club missed a massive opportunity.
