I not a fan of slade by any means, he is tactically inept, the players he has brought in have been a waste and he is not getting the best out of a talented squad. What i cant understand is why he would be allowed to bring players in when we have untested players like john, kennedy, healy and others out on loan- surely inergrated into the matchday squad they would do just as well as the deadwood bdnch we had today

SPOT ON :thumbright: :thumbright:

Slade will not be sacked by Tan, he's here to cost cut and keep us in the Championship, if by some miracle he does more, then Tan will have hit the jackpot.

As to not letting other players play, I really can't understand it myself Hmmmmm?

Not a fan of slade at all but credit where it's due
Today once we were ahead we played sensibly and looked like we knew how to defend a lead
We switched formation to one up front when okeefe came on and held the ball well at the back
All in all a boring game but one in which we can take positives

I cannot understand why a club in costcutting mode does not promote talent from the development team, if the players arent good enough then release them and fold the development team and save money otherwise what is the point! Teams like chelsea have the youth teams playing the same system as the first team do that players can be brought through into the first team seamlessly, or is this to sensible?

Slade in my opinion is not a big fan of our youngsters.

Annis, proof of the pudding will be next weeks game against Shrewsbury. Great chance to try one or two of the youngsters but I bet we won't see any!

You must have to ask yourself "could you see RS in the technical area of the PL)?

Simple question, nothing to do with liking or disliking the man! :ayatollah:

Surely wanting your team to lose is not right. And the bigger picture is even if we lose those 2 games, Slade would not be sacked so stop talking bollocks

The bigger picture is building pressure on this clown and getting in a manager who knows what he's doing. If it takes a few defeats then so be it. We are going nowhere under this fool.

The other areas, are populated by supporters who have always valued being able to stand and sing, the banter etc, just as much if not more than watching the actual football, which has been curtailed, but that hasn't been affected in the Grand Stand, as it's never been that way. You would also expect the supporters there to be a little more sympathetic towards Tan, as they tend to give more leeway to the business and political nature of the club. Yet, that area of the ground seems to be one of the worst affected areas, the corporate side included. Again, you do corporate for the dining and business/social experience more than the football, so why has that also been decimated?? It was far better attended in the seasons before we even got promotion?

The prawn sandwich brigade, which I can't stand, Our club and Nash put them first before our loyal fans.

And so you've answered your own question on crowds Annis

Some other factors of course but that is a massive part

I do agree, the Glory hunters/Sandwich Brigade and Red Brigade were at least 10,000 of our crowds in the Premier League.

Ryan, Rem how bad the opposition were and we never made their goalie make that many saves, but a win is a win and thats what matters most :ayatollah: :ayatollah:
