To those still defending Slade.

Look at games this season. Preston, Brum, Rotherham and Bristol City. All games that were there for the taking yet 1 goal and 2 points. Add today's game plus awful performances at Derby (1 of the few better teams than us) and throwing away 2 goal leads to draw games when in total control v sheff wed and Burnley and you'll see why so few fans believe in Slade.

We have one of the top 6 squads in league with the worst manager who cannot motivate players nor change tactics.

Slade is I'm sure a nice guy but as a manager he is out of his depth and needs to go before the season is over.

I am far from a genius. I have my flaws like everyone else on this Earth, but I'm also not someone who minces his words and acts like everything is fine and dandy when its not. To improve you cannot live in denial. It is a position of immaturity. To improve you must accept your faults and put in place measures to improve upon them. The club is no different. People can live in denial all they want, but thats not me, I will always respect the situation for what it is and face up to the truth, whether I like it or not.

Just remember these facts, Tan has already:

a) been involved with feuds with managers - an ongoing drama
b) been pretty careless in regard to finances
c) been involved with disputes with other board members
d) rebranded the club making it a laughing stock, only to revert when he needed a local income stream
e) made a mockery of the club in interviews
f) has made hypocritical decisions
g) appointed a rookie as head of recruitment - clearly the actions of someone who respects the club

and the list goes on.......

Don't get me wrong, Tan has done great things for the local community with his charity work but a few great things do not give him a free pass on everything else. I'm sorry, that is not how the world works.

If you want to, as a fan, continue living in fear of the next idiotic situation, the next rebrand, the next thing Tan does because he's a bit bored, continue backing this man, but if you want a club thats stable and one that has the hearts of the fans central t to it, then fight with every last dying breath because that is what it'll take. With Tan as owner you'll be living in constant fear of what next crazy decision is coming next. Will we been purple tomorrow? Will he decide to move the stadium somewhere else? Will he change the club name? With every moment that's supposed to be enjoyable, such as promotion, that will be in the back of your mind. Will he rename us now we are in the Premier League? Will he change us back to red? Will our badge change?

If that's what you want continue the way you are going because thats what you'll get. You'll be constantly on edge.

Until other fans wake up I'm done because (a) its stressful and painful watching your club treated like a toy by an obvious loon and (b) its even harder to take when fans who should know better lap it up.

I'm not defending him, it's tans man so again it starts with tan he's the root of it all that's wrong with the club imo. :bluescarf:

A harsh truth. The club is a joke thanks to Tan.

That's u opinion fair, my opinion is we're competing at the top and financially secure, done.

Financially secure? What realm are you living in? With that level of financial understanding you're well suited to become Labour's finance minister. Good heavens.

Hhhmmmmmm, Boton?

If you mean Bolton, what does that have to do with anything? Bolton's financial situation is Bolton's financial situation. Cardiff City's is Cardiff City's. The club is nowhere near financially secure. If anything, the clubs finances are atrocious.

Exactly :ayatollah:
Glad u agree :ayatollah:

Is this roathy arguing with roathy ???
