I think it is fairly well known that the women and kids thing is a myth. But even being a jack, im not proud of any of these "victories" for such like as that. Lobbing seats at people is pretty cowardly regardless.

The pub was virtually empty.
A mate of mine was in there, no hooligan, he said it was a nightmare, innocents being attacked and massively outnumbered, the ones that attached the people in there were just bullies, like a lot of the hooligans irrespective of clubs.

If they had really wanted a straight fight they would have gone into Canton where the City fans go pre match.

By the way, I'd believe what he had to say about it, as he couldn't give a shit about 'Firms' over any wannabe wanting to make a name for themselves.

The jacks did well to get into cardiff a few times, but when you look at it for what it is, the corporation, the Owain, the borough not a punch was thrown. They found no one. Some said they would purposely only go for empty pubs like in canton when they drove past a few times until they were sure it wasn't too busy. Even in the grandstand one, where they were throwing seats, was a punch thrown? Don't think so...They did have a good few or so but that's nothing really. Back then Cardiff could pull a good 500-700 like they did for big games like the millwall away pics in this thread. So why didn't the jacks go to where they knew they were? I've never known anyone drink the Owain ever..Were they just clueless? Was it true the OB didn't really care what they did as they weren't seen as a problem? Why did so many of cardiffs top lads never rate them? If they wanted it so bad there were always the countless Wales away trips, but as we know they never went.
