Interesting that once again both our chairman and CEO were missing in action when something controversial was possibly going to happen (Borley left to do the dirty work)??

Seems they don't like getting their hands dirty do they???

If only as a matter of common courtesy , the least the club can do is issue a formal explanation of why this has happened and an apology to those shareholders who gave up their time to attend

Are you absolutely sure you didn`t just miss it (you said in this thread there was a statement read out)? The solicitor that was there told me quite clearly that Steve Borley gave the explanation to the shareholders that were there in a formal statement and that the statement has been minuted. As you know , I wasn`t there personally and haven`t yet spoken to David Craig to get his report on what happened.
