Interesting that once again both our chairman and CEO were missing in action when something controversial was possibly going to happen (Borley left to do the dirty work)??
Seems they don't like getting their hands dirty do they???

"Isaacs remains on the board of the club's holding company. "
Seems he was removed as a director of the football club company as the only shareholder there is the holding company. Couldn`t be removed as a director of the holding company as the meeting seems to have been adjourned so that those resolutions for removal and possible re-election of directors were never put to its shareholders.
If only as a matter of common courtesy , the least the club can do is issue a formal explanation of why this has happened and an apology to those shareholders who gave up their time to attend
Keith, They would not give us any explanation, but many of us knew why.

Did anyone who attended press Steve Borley , as chairman of the meeting , for an explanation of why the meeting that had been called wasn`t held? I can`t believe that none of those present asked for a reason or accepted that no reason was forthcoming.

Keith,Many of us asked the spokesman for the Club, We were told No questions would be answered today and all we were allowed to do was listen to Steve Borleys three line statement.

I was initially under the impression that no explanation was given for the adjournment.
It now seems that it was explained , and minuted , that the reason for the adjournment was to allow more time for discussions to take place between the company/club , Vincent Tan and Michael Isaac. Bloody annoying that this was done at such a late stage , but at least some form of explanation was given.

Correct Annis. And even in copying off the forums Walesonline have got it wrong. They say MI was voted out by VTs 82% shareholding but they have got the wrong company! In the company he was voted off the board from the only shareholder is CCFC Holdings.

Surely they would of known that they would of needed to ask the shareholders to remove Isaacs from both companies not just the first unless there is more to this
