It is beyond boring.
Get use to it because it is not going to stop any time soon.
In fact there is no escape from it as every other forum is the same.
Not mant forums are the same.
You wont hear many teams calling for a manager to be sacked with our position.
Even after good performances as well.
Id rather stability than taking a punt on bellamy or some other ludicrous idea.
Before the season start the vast majority of fans thought this year would be a relegation fight.
A lot of fans are like goldfish. Before the premier league season everyone was saying wed be happy to stay up by the skin of our teeth. Three months in they wanted mackay sacked and we werent even in the bottom three hahaha.

I would say the vast majority of us believed we were going to achieve a mid table finish.
Malky sacked after 3 month, did you see the Liverpool away game?.

Sadly this sums up the modern football fan for me. Everyone feels they are entitled to their voice their discontent rather than actually supporting their club.
Ironically when Tan called fans customers everyone was up in arms but what's the difference between his attitude and this 'I pay my money so i'm entitled to have a say' mindset?
If you've been supporting the club since the sixties then surely you've seen enough ups and downs to know that Slade picked up the club when we were in a real mess and to have us knocking on the door of the play-offs is a decent enough job if not perhaps exceptional.
But if you honestly think the football this season is abysmal I dread to think what you thought of us back in seasons like 95?

I remeber in the 60's we voiced our discontent when things did'nt go to plan just as we do now. The big difference is we never had the internet or radio phone in back then, so we had to moan to one another or via letters in the Echo. It's part of the game, and nothing much has really changed.
