it was 20% Isaac I'm told wants more for his shares than everyone else ,he's an arseholeBakedalasker wrote:cityone wrote:wez1927 wrote:Isacs should be removed ,he's done well out of Cardiff city and is no longer needed on the board he's been paid up so why stay on like a bad smell ,a few of my friends who are builders have been Ripped off by him so I hope he fucks off
Issacs is the leech that loaned the club £3 million at 7% above standard rate.
Told it was 20% total.
It is the squelching of selling his shares that bugs me. Without the happening the debt to equity won't happen. I tended to believe this was a deliberation arrangement between Isaacs and Tan himself. Now Isaacs is Tan main dislike at present it makes you wonder what has gone on between the 2 of them. I tend to believe Isaac is getting greedy.

Going to be interesting to see what Tan comes out with against him. If Tan is not afraid to call a fellow club owner a racist, Wigans owner, then I can see him spilling the beans big time here.

Is he not in a position to force the sale of them now?

Directors are bringing their Lawyers
Hmmmm?
Who have you been told are bringing their lawyers?
Steve Borley is chairing the meeting , so I can`t see it will be him although the meeting is at the offices of one of the lawyers the club uses (Capital Law) so I expect a lawyer to be present.
I can`t believe that any of the Malaysian directors will be present or have lawyers there and Mehmet Dalman said on Saturday that he would not be attending.
That only leaves Michael Isaacs - is that who you say will be bringing his lawyer? He is a shareholder , so has the right to attend and vote.
I also can`t see why there will be any "dirt thrown" as it is a simple shareholders vote to remove each director in turn then take up an option to re-elect them if that`s how the shareholders vote. VT alone will decide who is re-elected as he holds so many shares whatever the debate about the merits of each director.
The Trust`s stance as a shareholder is that it cannot vote to re-elect any director that its members have no idea who they are or what they do for CCFC . But whatever our views (that we have already informed the club`s Chairman and CEO of , and they have accepted them) , it will still be VT alone who will decide.
I cannot make the meeting personally due to other work commitments all morning , but David Craig , the Trust vice -chair will be in attendance.
Keith
Keith, I was shocked to hear about dirt etc
But I got it from the horses mouth.
I have wondered why this meeting was called and the need for it as, as you say Keith, it's Tan final word that counts .

Annis,
Michael Isaacs always calls for assistance from fans or so called friends when he's up the creek, but you never hear from him when the water's flowing. he's also got more faces than the town hall clock.
He knows hes getting ousted, his pride is hurt - don't take his calls and let him get on with it mate.
