Tv has completely ruined the game.
If I was a Shrewsbury fan I would be livid.
I will now not get home until midnight, should be played at 3pm on a Saturday with every other game the same.

Grandstand and Canton open only. Will the both sets of fans hear each other sing?

Ffs this game didn't need to be on TV. This will be lower than the Colchester game last season.

wasnt the same timeslot

I could have sworn that it was a 6pm or 6:30pm game?
I know that it was dark during the game...

Regardless though, we played against a top 4 Premiership club back then and now we're playing against an average League One club. If we were playing against a top 4 Premiership club instead of Shrewsbury then once again, we would fill our stadium...

It was dark because it kicked off at 4pm on a january sunday.

Agreed it's a strange time, but we had Premier League games starting just two hours earlier, at 4pm on Sundays, and the ground was packed.

You can't seriously say most of our fans are glory hunters? !!

Perhaps not but I know that we would at least double our normal attendance if one of the 'big boys' of the Premier League came to us... :laughing5:
