Cracking post and although slade has his faults I think he's done a really good job this year.
I might be mad but I have quite enjoyed the season so far as well and there have been some games (early season, recently) where I have enjoyed the football. I know loads of people who bang on about being city fans but never go and give all sorts of excuses but will be twitching for tickets for cup finals and prem games. Time for them to stand up and be counted. They are the same lot who are now hunting for Wales tickets now. Top 6 and Saturday massive game against 7th.
If slade does get us to playoffs it will be hell of an achievement with what has been going on, on a par with malky getting us there in his first season which in some ways was greater than us being promoted with what he started with.
