Yep but what do they expect then. As they don't have the answers of who should be our manager and would they even work for tan under HIS TERMS as in cost cutting and no doubt other terms , slade is but let's bash him anyway :laughing6:

Deep down no one wants a manager to fail and we all want cardiff city to win. Lets be honest there has been dire football dished out in a poor league. With the players we have we should be top six and i will stick with my opinion. When different ones say the BOO BOYS are out!! I never booooed my team. One positive today our 3 goals were all taken well with skill. And i have said in recent post Tony Watt will come good. Need a stiff drink after that :old:

Angelis you was a Jones, malky, ole hater before slade get real for f**k sake you've never liked anything about any of our managers. Slades not my choice either but he's our manager so that's how it is. I've never known fans to turn on there own team and manager so much than our own. You would think we was bottom of the league on here

Imagine how ridiculous it would be if we sacked our manager whilst in the top 6. Sixth place is as high as we will go this season, time to back Slade.

What manager do you want us all to bring in? Please don't say Craig Bellamy and Scott Young ffs

Oh I don't like the guy and he was an incredibly poor appointment. However he's doing a good job and I can't see another manager doing better than him at the moment.

The players we have there's at least 8 sides with a better team
On paper than we have so I don't get that logic

Slade had a nightmare of a job when he came here he's slowly weeding out the shit and overpaid garbage we've been lumbered with and the club are trying to balance the books

This was never going to be an easy period in our clubs history in more than happy with how it's going all things considered granted the football could be better

Some people commenting on this thread are real hypocrites ( not directed at you) they want signings that cost money yet want tan out!!! You couldn't make it up

I will take mid table championship for the next 10 years if it means we get the club on a sound financial footing and get a new owner not that I care if tan leaves either but if we want him gone it's all about working within a budget and trying hard to get back to the premier league the right way not throwing money we don't have at promotion

Who are the eight better teams then?

What's such a nightmare about the best keeper in the division? A centre half pairing that cost 9 million? With another centre half who's been promoted 3 times? And another who was champion 2 years ago?

Then we have several midfielders who were champions of this division 2 years ago and another who was promoted 3 years ago and playing premier league football 2 years ago.

Then upfront a striker who was once sold for 8 million.

As far as championship sides go them what a bloody nightmare!!!

Honestly the way people talk they swear Slade took over Blackpool.

Boro
Derby
Hull
Wednesday
QPR
Fulham
Burnley

That's seven that have more money and a better overall squad than we do

We may have the nucleas of a decent squad but we aren't as good as those sides

Morrison not worth the £4m your suggesting

He hasn't had it easy I didn't mean the squad was a nightmare I meant what he inherited was, no togetherness in the squad way too many players and having to slash £12m off the wage bill mid season, a proven manager would have struggled with cutting mid season

He's not the messiah and never will be but he's doing well enough with what he has and an owner that not many would work with

My point as that our fans think we have a right to be top, in reality we don't and if we are top 6 Come may I would consider that punching above where we should be

Re: " 6th Place. Russell slades barmy army."

Sun Dec 06, 2015 12:16 am

Fulham, Wednesday and QPR :laughing5:

Sorry but Charlie Austin aside none of those managers would swap for our squad.

Yeah he's slashed 12m of a premier league wage bill but it's still better than most in this division.

Fed up of people making out he's managing Blackpool.

First of all i respect your opinion but i still think on paper we have a top 6 team easy. A slight difference to what you have said. Derby have a better team on paper. Teams like boro brighton burnley birmingham we are as good as on paper and on the field. I hope slade proves everyone wrong i really want to see my team up there. Sometimes it bugs me when players are played out of position. Joe ralls best position is straight down the middle. Now slade has picked up on this. This is just my opinion and respect other opinions by fellow bluebirds. For me its a catch 22 even though i am not the biggest Slade fan. I want my team to win', When i look at cardiff on paper our keeper is the best in this league. our defenders match anyone in this league. matt connolly fabio manga etc. midfielders joe ralls whitts pilkington. With Tony Watt arriving i think we can get better hes a tricky player and i hope will be a good signing and put some decent balls in for lazy jones

Now in terms of actual objectives, well they're set by the directors of the board, and more importantly Tan, who most likely has high expectations even with the cost cutting. I think Slade will be gone in the summer, if not before that. When you have a clown at the helm then the circus act is sure to continue, which is why I want Tan gone more than Slade. Slade is merely a juggling performer in Tan's complete circus.

The irony is that those with the lowest expectations at the start of the season are the biggest critics even now that they're exceeding those expectations
