However thousands are turning their backs on the club. No surprize. We have a dire manager playing dire football. Slade has no plan b. The academy just as well close if Slade stays in charge as he has no intention in giving talented kids a chance. The lack of pace in the team is inexcusable.

Get rid of Slade and bring in a manager who has a footballing philosophy that involves attacking football and academy development. Paul Tidsdale of Exeter is an ideal choice. Done a great job with no cash. Wouldn't cost much either. Give him 3-5 years to develop and watch the club move forward.
good call that excellent manager who I'm surprised hasn't been given a chance at a bigger club :bluescarf:

Swansea were interested and he was interviewed. Think it was at time of Rodgers appointment. Much as I dislike swansea they have a reasonable track record of appointing good managers and the fact that he was considered worthy of interview is testimony to his abilities

Our average attendances dating back to the 2002/03 season are:

02/03 - 13,049 (In third tier)

03/04 - 15,569

04/05 - 13,029

05/06 - 11,802

06/07 - 15,224

07/08 - 13,939

08/09 - 18449

09/10 - 19413 (First season in new stadium)

10/11 - 22091

11/12 - 22,139

12/13 - 22,296

13/14 - 27,430 (In Premier League)

14/15 - 20,945 (Return to Championship)

If we were getting roughly 22,000 fans in this stadium before getting promoted, clearly the reason so many of them have turned their backs on our club isn't purely based on results. Although I go to all of the home games and to as many away games as I can, I can see exactly why they would stay away. There is no passion in our club. The players seems like they couldn't care less, we have a stay-away owner and our 'manager' is a complete spunk bucket...

You think there were 15,000 there?

You either went with your white stick or you didn't go at all.
