Wez, Sarcasm again, a bit like the other day I put out ticket sales for Wales which O got of the Welsh FA you immediately tried to undermined it with saying they were a lot more, but in fact you were bullshitting again and they were not , a bit like you seeing players in cafes

Eveytime it gets quiet on this board especially international break this subject comes up and plenty are fed up of it that's why the site is no longer busy as it use to be ,people are fed up of recycled stories and negativaty ,and going on about the wales fa thread it was nothing about undermining it I honestly thought we sold a lot more as on the e ticking site there weren't many tickets left you could buy Sat together in the stadium ,I had the last ones for me and my son in the new stand so I wasn't bullshiting as you put it !you can mock me all you like about Nolan being in coffee 1 but he 100% was as I stated,before trying to be little me as you have just tried I think you should look at some of the whopper threads you have put on here over the years ,I will leave it at that !,

Funny story is its no less busier than this exact time last year,
In fact last week was busier than last year
It's not the site fans are fed up off its City and the Owner and that's proved by our worst ever attendances in the new stadium this season and our low away support, fans are voting with their feet .

The reason the atmosphere isn't that great is because we've got hundreds of fans who like to sit at home and moan on messageboards and only a handful who actually try to do something about it.

If we had a few dozen more like Vince we would have a massive improvement.

I can see consortiums springing up in the next couple of seasons being connected to us. By then Tan will have some of his investment back and the selling of the club will see him break even I reckon.

Exactly sneggy.....also lawnmower I'm sure we have plenty of decent fans left but if you can't see we have lost lots if fans who were mainstays since the 80's then you need to wake up. We are all different and have different opinions. I thought the thread was about debt to equity, it was a key point in Tans rebrand, it's why so many still went even though they hated the red, in the end many just stopped going, we didn't win anything. Also, we are back in blue. Part of the deal to invest 100m (which he has) and then convert to equity was reliant on playing in red which we are no longer doing.

The debt to equity had nothing to do with going back blue we had two years of spin as to why it wasn't converted and told within weeks then days then when malky situation was sorted along with other lies. Why people keep saying it's ok because we blue beggers believe as it had f**k all to do with it as its years after the original promise. Just like the training ground fiasco but it's ok because we blue years later I suppose

What's happened to them?

Never materialised.....never existed....another Daya windup....

The simplest way I can explain why tan hasn't done it is this

He spent £6m to buy a number of shares which equated to around 28% of the club

By that figure the total value of ccfc at that point was theoretically close to £25m

I believe he has bought up more shares between then and now and now owns around 85% of ccfc which he has probably spent close to £20m to acquire

He is now owed anywhere between £100/150m in loan notes depending on what you read it varies weekly

If he converts that what is he to gain? The club isn't valued at over £100m so why would he convert that debt to equity when in theory there's not that much equity in ccfc?

If we were still in the premier league I truly believe he would have converted by now as the business would be worth far more due to the increased revenue streams value of players etc
