A. He promised
B. He's brought every ounce of criticism on himself
No he didn't there were conditions attached which weren't fulfilled.
Well said Maccydee.
The trouble is we live in a something for nothing society and the individual expectations of some fans is beyond reasonable logic.
Back in 2012 there was a promise made of a £100m investment which included a debt to equity in exchange for a rebrand to red.
The fan base rebelled and the rebrand was reversed. Just why Mr Tan is now expected to honour the original agreement is baffling especially as he has blown the best part of £150m with only 1 season of Premiership football and an empty stand to show for it.
Beyond reasonable logic. Love that.
We do have some illogical fans.
It should also be noted that the protests started when we started losing. When winning the championship the protests were individual.

BU set up well before we started losing.

They have fack all to show for 180 million unlike us.
To say Fernandes is anything other than a fool is ridiculous. To say he is better than Tan even more so.

It wasn't about when we were winning the Championship

Funny really but BU did have some members who would be considered thugs. Well I'm not condoning those guys but it certainly made the Red brigade think. A bit like having your own military force hey?
Neil take it from me who mixes in with the Cardiff faithful. The majority of us were against the rebrand. What was lacking was leadership. That was quashed at the start by the thugs. BU came along and things were different you cannot deny that.
