Today we were totally in control, and although it was still not a fantastic performance, we eased to victory even without a suspended Whittingham, and injured Macheda and Fabio.

We now sit just one win of a play off spot, yet most of you still want our manager out?! :sladein: :sladein:

His hand was forced today as Whittingham was suspended. Let us see what team he plays in the next game. Personally I would stick with our starting XI V Reading - a winning one :bluescarf: :sladeout:

I would stick to the same starting 11 too to be honest

Sometimes in life your face doesn't fit ,Slade just isn't popular or liked here.
He could win the league and still wouldn't be the man for us
Glad we won tho ,the axe is delayed ,..for now

If it wasn't for David Marshall today we would have lost so get off your high horse, the team played well but it is still a long way to go, just hope Slade now realises that you can't play \\\\Revell and Mason up front :ayatollah:

if whitts hadnt been suspended he would of started with him .... he`s clueless .... look at mason up front. what the feck does that boy do for 90mins to warrant a starting spot? you might say, "he`s scored 5 goals" but i do remember a beach ball scoring against liverpool once. my point is lets start with someone that can score 3 goals and make 10 more.

Well done Steve, a very fair position to take. You know my thoughts but I will concede having Kenwynne back makes a big difference no matter who plays for us. I like Mason but he had an off day yesterday. However I would keep him for the next game because I believe there's a cardinal rule in football.....you don't change a winning team!

MARSHALL was Man of the Match, so-called and that speaks volumes!

A welcome victory but not a convincing one!

Eleven, you say? How many birthdays can one person have in a calendar year? :?

Don't know why you feel the need to bring my age into a good debate. And anyway, of you really want to know, I'm now 12. Shouldn't you know that as a moderator?!
