Should Slade stay or go ? POLL

I look at Slade he is no up coming manager with new ideas or belief or enthusiasm. He has never won anything in the lower leagues or even won a promotion. So how can he come up a level and expect to do well ? He has been in the game a long tome not far off 800 games as a manager. His level maybe, would be a good non league manager.
Why did Tan hire someone like him ? Don't know but I can't get it out of my head it's just to piss us all off for destroying his own plans passion for what he wanted for Cardiff City.

I have been consistent from the start. He is a lower grade manager who is out of his depth. But he has done what Vinny has asked of him and slashed the wage budget and for that he has done well. But as for being in charge of a Championship side he is clueless.
I agree with being on budget and starting from scratch but for us now to progress we need a hungry upcoming manager that will build the side and bring back the fans with a more positive style of play.
So he needs to go and then he can spend more time down the pub.

I did want to see him do well just to prove people wrong, a lot of fans never wanted him and he has always faced an uphill battle.

but unfortunately I think it is time we thank him for what he has done and look for a manager to build..... no quick fix.

lets look for a manager who wants to build and create a culture at the club.

by this I mean looking from academy all the way through to the first team. all playing the same style of football.

You keep say tan needs to go but can't say who's going to replace him ? He can't win with you ,you moaned when he was opening his mouth in interviews and now Moan he's quiet and lost intrest ,you say about the debt being high but you want him to spend money and back slade,you wanted us back in blue and we are ,I've been told that dalman and choo run the show down there now and tan has taken more of a back seat since his operation ,if you want slade gone and have other issue maybe you should speak to them when you get a meeting with them ,the issues with the matchday experience etc can be blamed on tan it s down to the fans and the club

But the team are pretty good on paper to be honest. The team we have we don't have to play such dour football. If we keep going the way we are we will bee loosing even more money as the fans desert in droves. We don't like it but it's a business and this business ain't doing very well and something needs to change.
