I don't think he's got the players he wants. We can't score goals yet we have Kenwyne Jones, macheda, pilkington
Etc who've made their name in the premiere league pretty much. But there's no pace, he knows it but we haven't got it. He also said we have no creativity.... he's right but he can't buy it. Noone can excite us but he doesn't offer anything.

What we must remember is that when we started the season without injuries to players like Kenwyne and before pilks had his dip in form... we were averaging 2 about 2 goals a game.

Darryl, we have players that can't get into the squad let alone the team that would have walked into the team last season but yet they are overlooked, we have players out on loan that are much better than what we got in our team yet they were sent on loan, we have development players that are potentially better than what's in our team yet they will never get a look in. I've had enough and my patience has run out, how much more can we take??

The players out on loan aren't necessarily the ones slade would want to get rid of. He's slashed the wage bill from 30mil to 21mil and he still has to get it done to 18mil on tans orders.
