2-0 Cardiff... KJ with them both!

I've always slated him but he is hands down better than every other striker that we have at the club. Hopefully Whittingham out of the team, the team will play a more attacking game!

Noone - Gunnar - Ralls - Pilkington or Kennedy :ayatollah:

Hi Steve, I hope you're well!

It was a bit tongue in cheek! (I imagine you would say foot in mouth!)

I can see it being 1-0 to us. There is no way it'll be 3-0 'cos I can't see us getting 3 own goals; 1 maybe.

But more important than our difference of opinion it seems we have new recruits to our :sladeout: club, which is fantastic news.

Pembroke Allan and Rydog have jumped ship and I hear rumours Steve Troobloo has also chucked his :sladein: banner in the bin.

I propose we make all three Honorary Presidents of our ever increasing club, much like Tan did with Sam. What do you think? :bluescarf:

I think you're absolutely spot on Phil

Our club continues to grow by the day. I'm thinking of sending a personal invite to Mr. V Tan :tandragon:

Slade on... Injuries and suspensions

Bruno Manga is making good progress.

He will be back in about three or four weeks. He’s out running and I think he’s ahead of schedule.

Ben Turner is out on grass.

He is in full training and it’s just a matter of getting games.

We have two games organised in the international break and he will take part.

Federico Macheda is making good progress. He is taking part in warm-up sessions, but the international break will be too early for him.

Federico Macheda has a back injury
Fabio is in a boot, and he will be for a couple more days. Hopefully he will be back in four weeks.

Peter Whittingham is suspended and won’t play against Reading.

Cardiff: Peter Whittingham is suspended after receiving a fifth yellow card in the midweek game against Leeds.

Former Manchester United defender Fabio has a foot injury that will keep him out for six weeks while Kagisho Dikgacoi is doubtful (hamstring).

Kenwyne Jones is expected to return after a shin injury.

Reading: Steve Clarke has four fresh injury doubts ahead of Saturday’s game.

As well as long term absentees Aaron Tshibola, Stephen Quinn and Hal Robson-Kanu, Royals’ boss admits there are some significant other fitness problems within his squad.

Although he refused to reveal who is doubtful, skipper Paul McShane ended Tuesday’s game with Huddersfield struggling with a groin problem.

Winger Ola John is pushing for a start after his goalscoring cameo off the bench in midweek.

Taking the p**s though if so. Broadcasting the next manager when the present guy has not been handed his notice. Then again that's the Malaysian way.
