Another reason why I went over to the canton was because of these hitler types I told one to f**k off back down the steps last season and could feel myself loosing vs the ( carl Curtis lookalike 116 area ) so I had to knock ninian on the head, i lasted two games in the ninian this season then slinked off to canton, clubs become more like a trip to the cinema these days :bluescarf:

simple answer is follow City away, far better experience. Or like a lot of the old lot follow Wales away - that's the way forward

I do follow city away 6 or 7 games, France booked and Wales away for World Cup qualifiers is way forward but my heart has always been with city :bluebird: :bluescarf:

Sadly we are agreeing more on how bad our own club is treating our own fans.
Spoke to Bristol City fans today, even they were shocked at how our stadium was like a graveyard and saw themselves how badly our fans are treated.
They were allowed to do what they want, they could not believe how the passion had gone from our fans

I'm still angry and upset by last night and the stewards/atmosphere
I'm an ST but haven't been for a few games due to commitments

Just devastating miss management and focus.
By the club.

A win has always been a bonus for me down the city.
Not a necessity.

City is our club our family. - feels dead now though.

Really really sad today.

Been going the city for 44 years and last night was a piss take.Come back up for 2nd half and the 3 stewards in block 116 was saying him over there done this him over there done that and could not wait to get them WANKERS.If club dont sort it out i will not get a season ticket next year, first time in over 25 years.Enough is enough its like being in school not a football game, lets have a walk out one game for 10 mins or something like that.

Nothing to lose.

Unfortunately the powers that be have decided they want a 'sterile' atmosphere in the CCS. I decided not to renew my season tkt this year because of the dire football and attitude of the stewards stopping any attempt to get behind the team. Last night was only my second trip this season (because i had two free tkts),so took my son as he was keen to go.
Looks like nothing has changed since last year, dire football, wankers in yellow coats giving it the large one!. Well Cardiff City has lost two more fans now,I won't be back and I won't be taking my 13yr old son anymore
Shame on you Cardiff for killing football in the capital city!!

Good atmosphere in the canton last night despite having f**k all to shout about. Stewards have killed 116, leave it empty lads and get over into he canton.

Re: " Your killing our football club "

Tue Oct 27, 2015 8:15 pm

I didn't think as many were feeling as strong as I did about last night, sometimes you question if maybe your over reacting. Judging by this thread, all have simply had enough. Steward " Robert " said they had 45 minutes of CCFC footage on one such a lad!!! I said doing what? Jumping up and down and supporting his team, harmless kid 2 stone soaking wet who had passion for his team. Genuinely embarrassed by the whole thing. The media need to get involved in this. We can't all be wrong.

Our club is a disgrace and laughing stock of football, the way it has deliberately gone about trying to destroy the only professional football club in the capital city of Wales. They have systematically and deliberately ruined the whole club from top to bottom, and deliberately disenfranchised it's own fans whilst driving most away. Years and years of hooliganism associated to the club, did not do as much damages as the present regime is doing presently

best way mate, CSC is a shite experience and has been for ages. Its not stewards fault though, they are only acting under instruction, its Wayne Nash and the rest of 'I haven't got a clue brigade' And what they cant see is that away fans numbers will dwindle also because they are coming to a soulless stadium and no longer a good craic watching their team in Cardiff like it used to be :x

I will without doubt be returning to the canton. 116 is a target area for the powers above :sad7:

Couldn't go Monday but I totally get what the OP said. I am in 116 and I hate it, it's lifeless. It's turned into a pop and crisps brigade in there. I don't blame the stewards for there behaviour they are just doing what they are told from above. But the whole match day experience is shite and I can see why the fans are turning there backs on the club.
For me it's habit see my mates have a few beers etc but the football is boring and the hierarchy are twats.

The worst thing is it takes away part of the home advantage to stop home fans getting In the faces of the opposition! It's so obvious yet ignore protests.

Killing it. Op is dead right.

Iv attended 116 once in the cup game against Wimbledon. Probably my worst experience in the stadium. Thought id give it a try to see what the fuss was about. That day 2 kids was kicked out for standing in the back row ! no excuse for people behind etc. The smug woman had a big agenda that day. Really spoiled it for me and id hate to think what the poor kids felt.
Was happy to go back to season ticket in 107 in league games.
I dont believe a boycott is the way out of it. A STANDOFF would be better. Everyone in the whole area stand up. Sing the stand up if you hate Swansea song if needed. See how many they actually kick out then. Even if it is for 10 mins. Why would you want them numpties cost you missing the 1st 10 mins. Would love the whole stadium to do it, but maybe thats asking to much

^^^ this. The club have encouraged non-vocal fans to sit in this area to kill off that section for good. Imagine if this happened to the East Stand down the Liberty? It just wouldn't happen.
