Sorry buddy but the "Lad being a Lad" is not an acceptable defence. This has all the connotation of the Ched Evans incident, where the woman is held to be at fault.

Men have to understand that they cannot mistreat or take advantage of the weaker sex by mauling them especially in a sexually physical way. We as men have a responsibility to treat women respectfully and such pathetic excuses as the one above and Ched Evans' "she was up for it" should be treated with the proper distain.

If that takes prison sentencing to enforce then so be it. If the lad is guilty then he has only himself to blame.
