Malky was loved because he Achieved, and was a Lad, with a decent playing history. and a fist pump lol

Slade, I believe will achieve, but wont get the respect for it due to the sideways way he got the Job instead of the fans choices, mine being Pulis. I did notice he pumped his fist tho after the Aytollah :ayatollah: on Saturday btw

I hope so too, The atmosphere is so much better than last year, even with only 13,900 attending. Got a real buzz about the City again...

Malky was loved by some. Not by all.

Yes he achieved, but with a massive budget and lots spent on transfers. The reason why Malky's reign is spoilt in my eyes is that we had constant shite about his dossier on players etc etc but he spent 9 million on a cart horse of a striker and 30 odd million in total when we went up and Hull and Palace (who finished below us) spent less money on better players and stayed up. Look where Palace are now. That could be us.

Neil, Malky was Loved by 95% of those that actually attended the matches week in week out, I should know I saw it all with my own eyes.
As to mistakes Malky made quite a few, costly some, but just look at the money he brought in through Malkys success and we are still receiving it :thumbright:
Plus Malky was young still learning, even Ferguson and Clough bought bad players in there time, they were lucky not to have a mad man above them though.

Mate you can't give Malky all the credit for the promotion and Tan none when it was Tan who gave Malky the means to take us up. You mention the debt regularly and Malky (and Ole) have to take part of the blame.

Annis just told you that by taking us to the Promised land, made Tan and Cardiff a lot of money, plus we are still getting money from just being there, so why are you blaming Malky for our debt ? As for Palace and Hull spending less so be it but in my opinion if Malky had been given the chance he would have kept us up, we never in the bottom 3 under Malky. Bottom line is you don't like Malky end of, thats your opinion however most of us who are not fans of Slade still want him to do well and prove us all wrong for the good of Cardiff City, Malky took us up to Premier the first manager to do so in my 56 years he will always be my number manager until someone comes along and beats his acheivements :ayatollah:

If you credit Malky with the money brought in you also have to credit Tan as he backed Malky (too much) in the transfer market.

It's weird how people credit Malky so much for being the manager who took us to the Premiership yet won't give credit to the owner who first saved us from liquidation then took us to the Premiership. It baffles me.

Too many players were signed but in fairness Ole put together what you said was the best squad you had ever seen at the City. Fabio, Manga, kenwyne Jones, Pilkington, Morrison, dikgacoi are all Ole signings.

None of Ole's signings were as bad as carthorseenelius.

So Malky makes one mistake, but brings in Glory and £millions and you still hang him, I would hate to work for you. We've lost millions on Oles signings and by the way way,Tan has lent us the money and thanks to Tan we are heavily in debt, with an empty stadium, all facts .

Ok I will answer your question, I stick by my decision I believe Rosler will last longer than Slade, Rosler is a better manager and not a Yes man - I'm not a fan of Slade but hope he proves me Wrong.

What do you base the thought he is a better manager? He has a similar record albeit with less experience. It could be argued he's not as good as Ole as Ole took over Rosler's Molde side and turned them into champions.

Because of his hunger and passion, I know him very well as a person and know how passionate he is. Also, Adeyemi who's played under both managers has admitted that he's much more comfortable playing under Rosler and much prefers his style of football. If Rosler is given time at Leeds he will 100% succeed. Like I've said previously I have no faith and I'm not a fan of Slade but really do hope he proves me wrong, But I will support him as he's the manager of the club I love and support :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

So basically you think Rosler is a better manager because he's a mate of you and your dad and Slade isn't?

Maccy raises some good points with regard to both mangers stats but your answer points to Rosler being a better manager because he's your mate. Classic.

That's not answering the question bud.

Classic.

Where did I say that? I said he's not a yes man like Slade is & he stands up for himself if things are not working...

Grow up mate

How is slade a yes man then or have you been hanging around with Annis for too long ?????????

This.

I'll never enjoy someone losing their job but there's no way Rosler is a better manager than Slade.

Rosler was out performed by Ole at Molde.

Uwe is a great manager but unfortunately was not given enough time. I'm sure he will bounce back and best of luck to him

I can't remember if you took the charity bet over who would last longer between Uwe and Slade SPB?

I'm asking if we placed a bet as I did offer a 10 pound charity bet.

After all SPB said about Rosler it was obvious it was gonna get brought up when he was sacked. If he took them up I dare say it would be brought up in his defence.

How bad are we defending our team's manager?

See my other post why I think you are being harsh now.

Doesn't worry me Annis just goes over my head to be honest, haven't got time to be arguing with people like Neil :ayatollah:

People like Neil? What does that mean?

You have plenty of time to slag off our manager. Heaven forbid people show you be wrong. This board is taking the piss.
