Blame the FA. They could have rules where development centres are run by regional FA groups until for example 14. They could allocate regions based on the rugby concept.

Some might blame the parents, but if they can afford it they only want what's best for their kids.

Cardiff should poach the development centres and take the best for the academy later on.

We are doing ok for a mid size championship club. Hardly any talent comes from these centres anyway. The one in Heath is opposite my house I saw them the other week. If that's their future we are ok
