Yes City fans have deserted in their thousands, but what about our so called Directors etc and all the Freebies, where have they all gone, the Directors box was packed out in the Premier League.

Book mark this topic and bring it back at the end of the season when we have the moaning brigade pleading their hard luck stories about not being able to go a promotion party game or play off final.

Same as the empty seats. I'll happily take the extra room. easier parking. Shorter queues. As long as the supporters and directors that do turn up are all united fully behind the bluebirds.
Two seasons of booing and ridiculous expectation, coupled with mismanagement have done my brain In.

I'm loving it so far this season and glad I renewed for another season.

Yes it does to me,as the people at the top should set the example and the want to be seen/noticed when we are at the top and will be running back asking for their Freebies in April/May if we are going up and making out they are lifelong fans.
Vince and I were only talking yest about all our so called life long fans who appear when we are succesful

And Yes Im loving this season so far :thumbright: :thumbright: :ayatollah: :bluescarf: :bluebird:

Not enjoyed my football as much as this for a while  I had a text off a mate yesterday that said 13k????? Yet the txt came from a friend who said he couldn't attend as busy, he had a season ticket in the prem. :bluescarf: :bluebird:

:thumbright: I really am enjoying it down there again, players giving their all and playing as a team :thumbright: :ayatollah: :ayatollah:

Equally am well past criticising those who don't turn up, they have a right and I just accept that a lot don't breathe Ccfc like I do. We are all different

You are far too lenient. They should be lined up and shot   :bluescarf:

I still think the Club could do a lot more to attract fans in times like these. Hardly any black or Asian supporters go to games despite Cardiff having a large ethnic population. More effort needed here. Also we could try and attract many more women with targeted marketing/incentives. Also free tickets to schools to fill the new stand every game. I also think the supporters groups could do more in the way of coordinated actions to use the knowledge/skills/contacts/ideas of the remainder of the fan base to get more people to home games.

Is that Coleman in the red tie?

For me they are worse than our fans for not attending.
All the big names etc want to know us when we were in the Premier League or a big cup game etc.

It does look like Coleman

Corporate Responsibility comes to mind, Annis and it's not a good advert for their product!

Don't worry annis we are here that's the most important thing but what they should do is invite loyal fans to sit there would be a nice gesture considering what we spend following City give the fans a nice day out

Martyn :thumbright: , I would not want to sit in there, ive been invited on many occasions.

Funny how Tan wasn't as busy when we were in the Premier League and managed to find the time to attend, strange that.

Tan should be attending games, and advised to keep low profile.

Should he be at his other businesses too? Let's face it we are just another business to him ,we live Cardiff city but to him we are just one of his many businesses

Wez, perhaps he should spend some time trying to make ours a success as so far he has totally failed, lost a lot of money and going by our attendances, the debt can only get worse. City need time spent with them and that's a fact.ASAP :ayatollah:

Let's not threat it as a bad thing that people who are not loyal city fans don't attend games. I was there yesterday and will continue to go whatever league we are in and whatever the score was the previous week.

All we can do now is try and improve the atmosphere by ourselves, support the boys as one and stick it to the idiots who cme running back begging for tickets if we are in the mix come March.

So much division......

The glory boys have never been an issue previously, they have always been there. I have floated in and out over the last 25 years.

The problem is the simplistic view that the glory boys supported the red and core never, but thats not the true but the myth is perpetuated constantly on here.

IMO - Many old school NP core have lost the game they loved and were probably only in it for the "scene" more than the club and were in fact floaters and would stay in the pub if it was a good craic. We also lost the premier league generation but they will return when they think we are on the up again.
