He has been a football league manager over 10 years how can he be called inexperienced?

Because until, last season he has never managed in the Championship ???? :bluescarf: :bluebird:

Until three seasons ago Eddie Howe hadn't ever managed in the Championship. Two seasons later he's in the Premiership after taking a team up from the Championship.

Complete tosh.

The fact is Slade is inexperienced in the Championship, Mason was correct in his statement, If Slade takes us up then I will take my hat off to him, :bluescarf:

He merely said inexperienced which is false. You say it was about his experience as a championship manager which I have proven doesn't matter. Either way it's complete tosh.

In your opinion maybe in mine and many others he is in experienced at this level :bluescarf:

He may well be but I don't think that matters as proven with Eddie Howe.

Jose Mourinho is inexperienced at Championship level. Would you not want him?

We should open up a new thread to vote on keeping those "Slade Out" and "Slade In" smileys. Personally, I think this is divisive.

Like any other manager, Slade should be judged on his performance over a reasonable period of time. At the moment he is doing a good job.
