I would be very surprised if the police allowed them to march to the stadium. 33k fans, not to mention the Israel football team, players, officials, and fans. After the murders of Israeli athletes in Munich in 1972, security has, rightly, been very high. The protesters might be allowed to gather in town, perhaps at the Temple of Peace or somewhere. Can't imagine the police allowing the traffic to be disrupted in Leckwith on a big match day.

The dispute between Israel and the Palestinians cuts across religion. There are Muslim Israelis, and Christian Palestinians. It's about land.
