Correct. 'Hardcore fans' will be back once we win lots of games and are challenging. I actually enjoy the atmosphere at the moment, no booing and everyone is behind the team.
I did here someone boo really loud in the ninian stand when Whittingham had the audacity to pass the ball backwards, hate fans like that

But what else can be done by the club and even by the fans to increase the home attendances again?

Great idea but who is going to pay for all the overheads ?
The overheads would be minimal the money made off merchandise and future ticket sales would far out way anything it costs to allow them in .
No police would be needed , minimal stewards as the teachers would be taking that role .
They would add to the atmosphere
We could also do a deal like a free school child ticket with every paying adult in that stand at say a fiver .
Having a few different local kids teams every week would give us a good chance to see any up and coming youngsters around South Wales for our youth set up.
The players not in the match day squad could interact with them signing autographs and having pictures taken . They are being paid so they can do some work for the money .
In all honesty it's a no brainer and it's pretty poor of the clubs commercial side that this doesn't happen allready .

You would definitely need the area covered with the full amount of stewards, what if the stand caught alight ? Or one of the kids fell ? There is no way the teachers would accept this responsibility, and I very much doubt this would be allowed under fa rules.
Who pays for the merchandisers to work in the stalls ? Electric, Gas, Water, Cleaners etc etc...
Sorry to piss on your fire, the concept is great however it would never work.
