you agree with him because he mentions Whitts, do you think Revell, Morrison, Jones, Fabio, Ralls, Noone etc etc are worth their wage? He derailed the thread because he has an agenda against Whitts, the same as you do. Completely agree mate. I'm more than happy to say when a player hasn't played well, like I do with Revell after every game. But people take it too far with Whittingham. As I've said before, Malky ruined him.

Nothing wrong with criticising someone's performance because it's about opinions but as you say some people seem to have an agenda.

Have to agree with you on this Steve. I vehemently disagree with your stance on Slade as you know, but I would never abuse you nor ŕesort to namecalling. That in my opinion would just be puerile and would show me up as a fool! Anyway, who knows, maybe its you who is right on this issue and not me; I've certainly not got any God given right to be superior to anyone else nor do I profess to have any more knowledge nor wisdom than anyone else on this board.

Bur that's just it isn't it? Its a FOOTBALL FORUM FFS! It's not a symposium on starving children or the effects of climate change or a discussion on whether or not the Holocaust actually happened. It was set up with the intention of being a fun and lively place for relaxation and hopefully to make new friends through the medium of a discussion forum about Cardiff City for like minded souls. In my mind how anyone can get worked up about a bit of banter about a few obscenely overpaid and pampered sportsmen is just insane, let alone lowering themselves to hurl abuse at strangers I'll never know. And indeed strangers who these people may at some time find out to be friends they'd wish they'd met earlier in life. I know there's been some ridiculous sbuse on this board before and thankfully most of it was cleaned up by the mods for which I'm grateful. However some pretty despicable stuff is creeping back in just like a most vile slanderous accusation being targeted at one poor poster in isolation. Awful! The mods I think should clsmp down quick on that sort of thing before it gets out of hand!

Anyway, that's enough from me. I don't want to fall out with anyone but all this nonsense maked me feel I no lomger want to post on here. That'll please quite a few I'm sure. But if people can't just have a bit of fun and not respond wittily themselves to comments they disagree with or dont respond with interesting critiques to disprove a post snd maybe change minds as a result, then its lost all its capacity to give pleasure and I'm sure I can find better ways of spending my time.
