The thing is we have a really well balanced squad to be playing 4-3-3 and playing that system would best suit Whitts and Ralls. You would have a choice of two wingers out of Pilkington/Noone/Ameobi/Harris/Kennedy. Striker would be one of Jones/Mason/Doyle. Then a midfield 3 of Dickagoi deep with Ralls and Whitts operating ahead of him in a box to box type role with Gunnar, O Keefe in reserve with even O Sullivan from time to time which for a young player gives some more security having the extra body in the middle.

It's been time to do that for three years. He's been a fine servant of the Club but has been coasting for ages.
