If Malky and Moody believe like others on here that they done no wrong why did he drop his claim for compensation and make a grovelling apology afterwards ?

Some on here are so Anti Tan they would blaim him for all the ills that is happening in the World....

I'm more interested to see if Tan will appeal the decision, or will Malky now pursue a claim for damages - Any thoughts ?

MM who have absolutely no chance of pursuing a claim of damages against the club. It has been pointed out endlessly that MM has not been vindicated, he has instead got off on a technicality which would be useless in a Civil claim. Also as the texts were not directed at Tan personally then it is hard to see how he could pursue a claim against MM in the same Court.

I suppose an appeal to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) is possible. Tan could argue that the precedent set by the FA is wrong and they should include racist texts which are contained within private communication as part of their code of conduct.

How he could possibly believe some of those he retained were Premiership class beggars belief. The writing was on the wall before the first ball was kicked. Then some fool correctly took the reins off him and gave them to a feeble minded idiot. The rest, as they say, is history!

When all the bickering dies down the above post really does get to the heart of the problems the club now faces. MM was way out of his depth when it came to recruitment for the Premier League season and it would appear that he listened to other peoples judgement too much with terrible consequences. The added insult to the Andreas Cornelius transfer was it meant we ditched Rudy Gestede, who is now valued at £6m and is wanted by the clubs newly promoted to the PL!

Tan was also guilty of listening to the wrong people and that is how OGS was appointed as MM's successor. Without rerunning history again it is safe to say that we appointed the only manager who was more inept than MM in the PL transfer market!

Narrow minded and the most delusional person I have come across.

Made him apologise? If he didn't apologise on his own accord then it would be disgraceful in my eyes so the club done him a favour.

False claims? It was in an investigation and printed in black and white just because he didn't get done for it by the FA doesn't mean its false.

How on earth on this board? I'm gonna start laughing like all other members on here because that's what their doing AB. :thumbright:

INNOCENT until proven guilty and as there wasn't enough evidence then that makes him INNOCENT!!!

But he owned up to it. The FA can't do him as they didn't do their chairman for emails sent privately much like Malky's texts.
