The position I think we need to improve most is the manager, a good manager can turn average players into good ones from the effort they get out of them our last to managers turned good players into under performing bags of crap

I think back four of Lee Peltier, Bruno Ecuele Manga, Ben Turner and Fábio is fine!

Although, Kenwyne Jones is on ridiculous wages, he was doing a satisfactory job and I'm sure Federico Macheda can offer more given time!

The strikers had no service last season! Adam Le Fondre has scored a lot of goals at his previous clubs when given opportunities. Joe Mason, Eoin Doyle, Alex Revell can also score a few.

It's definitely the midfield position. Peter Whittingham and Kagisho Dikacoi are 30 years old now (Whitts, 31 in September). Stuart O'keefe hasn't had a lot of football games in his career considering he's 24. Tom Adeyemi hasn't proved anything, yet. Joe Ralls is doing a good job since coming back and Aron Gunnarsson has been reasonable.

We need a powerful, influential centre midfielder who can offer creativity, who is comfortable on the ball, can spot several options and give service to our strikers.

The formation needs to change. 4-4-2 is a bit old fashioned now. That's my opinion :thumbright:
