If you are an eternal pessimist then yes you could sum up Tan’s ownership like that. Of course I could say in response that he “listened” to the fan base and returned our colours/bluebird, he took us to the Premiership were our fan numbers definitely increased (despite the rebrand and relegation) and he has kept the club afloat with his own personal cash.
It is a matter of balance and as others have said I would prefer the devil we know. After all Tan wouldn’t rebrand us again, but possibly a new owner could?
Rather than holding petty grudges over matters which have been resolved, fans and I mean all fans should show some passion towards getting our team promoted again rather just moaning over the past.

Unless you have an alternative then I don't get it.
We are in blue, with the bluebird and it seems being made self sufficient. Isn't this what we want?
What more do you want from an owner going forward?
Yes we've got our blue back but we should never have lost it in the first place, under Tan our club is a laughing stock.

Maybe so but it still brings up a good debate, going forward what do people actually want from Tan. He had done plenty wrong but since the rebrand was reversed I can only see positives. His choice of manager isn't my choice but then plenty of owners and chairman pick unpopular managers.

I want him to leave and to at least cut our debt down to bare minimum even if he does not do what he promised 4 years ago to make us debt free.
I will answer who knows? but there is always someone around the corner, but the way Tan has run our club, that is now back firing on him as the debt is outrageous and we have looked like a joke club.
But I mean this,if he sorts out the mess he has created,City will sell.

Debt free was linked to the rebrand. That's been reversed. I don't see why Tan would now make us debt free unless to sell us.

Almost word for word what Annis wrote in another post. Christ sake mate get your own view. The goalkeeper thing is complete bullshit.
Also I bet even a painter and decorator wouldn't have bought Cornelius for 8.5 million.

Get your facts right mate, Tan actually came out and said - Marshall should score a few goals a season. Clueless owner - and to employ a decorator because he was his son's mate complete madness. Think you and only a few other cannot see what Tan has done to our club and the sooner he leaves the better for all of us - except the few tan lovers

Anyway my point is like me you will be there no matter what so why not try and encourage some positivity in those who are not so committed - people like that reading all the negativity are hardly likely to be encouraged to come and support us
