The Ole factor?
The same Ole that played him right midfield first game at Blackburn and a few times after, his confidence suffered due to lack of goals partly because of this reason.
I've got no time for Slade but to be fair to him he stuck with Alfie and continually played him, that's why it seemed so strange we then let him go.
