I backed him and said we should get behind him but there's been no improvement at all and therefore I agree with those saying he should go. If we give him money in the summer I can only see it being wasted and not only will that annoy Tan with yet more money down the drain but it'll also leave the club in danger of the drop and things only getting worse. We need someone in who can galvanise the squad to get them playing above their potential as we won't have star players. I expect a squad of mid table level but with a good manager and attitude I think we can push for playoffs. That's the difference a good manager can make.

I do feel abit sorry for slade,he had to try and sort out the mess ole left us in,he was told to cut the wage bill by selling or loaning players out and replacing them on the cheap.
