Ultimately though I think that health care is a human right. However it is concerning when you watch the Welsh news (the other week) and some father of a young family who had cancer couldn't get the drugs free in Wales but could if he had lived in England.

Fact for you in cardiff council told me there was about 7yr waiting list for housing ! but if i was rumanian/ somalian ect they would put me up in b&b but within 6mnths they would house me?
