Wayne Nash is FFING muppet

, i will never take my kids back to the family stand whilst its in it current location it will never be safe for families, all it takes is 1 idiot away fan to get through.
3 tickets available area 123 row EE, 1 adult 2 kids available for free if you don't mind putting your kids in possible danger!!
I take my kids in the canton when they come because while the language can be a problem they are safe, never mind if one got through the fear seeing that is no good. Hope kids are ok mate

Their good now thanks

my daughter was crying for a bit, but my boy was happy as he found a £2 coin they threw
at us.

There's not much of segregation between the Family stand and away fans, compared to away fans & Ninian stand, so it's easier to get to the Family stand. Hence NO chance of swapping the Canton & Family end... To do with cost aswell

Also spoke to a couple of Brumies on the way to town. They said they were near the arrests, and all the CARDIFF fans did was raise the Banter, and the mindless idiots could not handle it !!

Not a good day for the Blues, Jeff, but don't worry about it, mate. These things happen. Every club has them, including us. The vast majority of the travelling Blues fans were not involved. The OB sorted out the few. As for the football, we should both be safe from the drop. KRO!

One of our lads wasn't allowed into brentford because he had his medication on him the stewards reckon he was high on drugs you couldn't make it up it was only until me and my mate intervened that they let him in

I sat around that area a few years ago when Sheff Wed fans filled the away section. I had my 3 with me and I felt very uncomfortable. The Wednesday fans were fine like most that visit us to be fair. However it just takes one incident like yesterday to question the set up. In fairness the stewards and police acted swiftly so credit there.

It's utter cowardice for those yobs to attack families with young children. A total disgrace. Should the family section be next to the away fans? Well families should never be intimidated by any yob element, we want parents and their children to be safe and also to feel safe. It's not just the threat of physical violence but also the intimidating language and threats.
The problem for City though, to be fair, is that if Canton or Ninian stand supporters had been that close the situation could have developed into a full scale riot. Can you imagine the Canton stand Ninian 116/117 boys putting up with that? So things could have escalated and become much worse.
It's difficult for the club. Given that the ground is currently so empty, that part of the Family stand near the away supporters should be closed off, a type of safe zone. It would make families more comfortable and away cowards couldn't threaten parents with young children. Especially for certain games. Millwall might fall into this category.

The clubs at fault too family stand in wrong position & just to add Wayne Nash is a c**t.

I am in the family stand and think the arrangement next to the away fans is pathetic.
One day it will go off big time when you least expect it (low risk game) a child will be badly hurt and it will be too late. There have been a few flash points as a warning already.
Pathetic, shame on CCFC for the set up. I know they cannot help if yobs will be yobs but at least keep families away from them.
Also if away fans do run in they will ve hammered anyway there is enough of us in there to handle ourselves so its no different to what the canton lads will do only without kids involved.

Spot on and Wayne Nash and Co need to do something about this, before anything really does happen. Families next to away fans? Over the years our families have been abused on several occasions.

Mean Tommy Dean Shocking, i saw them and thought what a bunch of wankers attacking the family stand !!!!!!!! this is why i think the canton stand should be the family stand and the stand up area by the away end to create an atmosphere, i remember at ninian park tho they had a go if my mind serves me right to...

Louise Taylor I totally agree that our family stand shouldn't be next to the away fans it's ridiculous, but the away fans should respect the fact that there are women and children in there and leave well alone. If they wanted to show how 'hard' they were why didn't they wait for the men outside? Pussys!

Annis Abraham Jnr III Punches, coins etc were thrown at the family section, Funny we all were on the left of them, they targeted the family stand, I have a lot of respect for Birmingham as I know many of them from the 70s/80's & 90's, for me those lot that came yesterday were not there proper lads. The old lads have already said that lot were out of order.

We could change the family and canton end... Then also put a BIGGER Divide between the away and the canton if is was to happen!!! It's not as if we do not have spaces to do that. We have a big space difference from the Ninian to away fans BUT only a 2 walk ways and a barrier by the family stand & it be safer for the Children at the other end !!!!

After what was a triumphant day for Cardiff City at the weekend, away team Birmingham City have confirmed they are working with South Wales Police and West Midlands police in an investigation involving a minority of the 1582 fans that travelled that day.
Birmingham City will be talking to police
After goals from Eoin Doyle and Peter Whittingham earned the Welsh club their first home win in seven games, fans in the away end erupted into horrible scenes which saw many arrests in connection with violence which shouldn’t be seen at a football game anymore.
The West Midlands club issued a statement on the Monday after the game saying that even though they know it was only a minority of fans who showed these sort of actions at the end of the game, they will not tolerate this sort of behaviour at any football game in the future.
With scenes similar to this happening when the Blues pulled off a stoppage time comeback against promotion chasing Derby County on the 7th of February, it can only be a matter of time before the Football League has to step in and potentially fine the club.
