I don't think Malky would have took us down personally.
Everyone is saying about his spending, it wasn't that big first season, it was mostly free transfers such as gunnar. He earned the right to being given more money second year due to what he did for us in the first season. And then in the prem fair enough he did sign a flop but he also signed good players such as medel who we pretty much made our money back on, the only player who we took a big loss on was Cornelius.

But I certainly expect more from a man managing a huge group of young players.

So what, black players have spoke out against him as well, it seems to be the youth players he spoke of in poor taste, I think this is where the bullying type character people think of him comes from. Malky certainly knew who to suck up to and those that he didn't need to he would just be "himself" around.

We'll never know whether Malky would have kept us up. My doubts are simply around his ability to set us up to actually win games at home rather than just hang on in there.

I liked Malky from the times I met him but what he said wasn't acceptable. I don't think he's a genuine racist but I think he was stupid and immature. It cost him his job and he's moved on. Still don't have any idea why the topic is repeatedly being brought back up.

From my understanding it was on a work phone and computer about his colleagues, infact in some cases he was supposed to be there superiors. I know If I did it in work id be sacked instantly as I would imagine the vast majority if not all would.
