Mark Warburton's side 17/20 to see off Cardiff City at Griffin Park this afternoon
Football League sponsors Sky Bet look ahead to this afternoon's clash between Brentford and Cardiff City at Griffin Park
Brentford remain firmly in the promotion hunt and can be backed at 17/20 to see off mid-table Cardiff on Saturday.
The Bees are currently sixth and only one point above Ipswich, who they drew with last time out, but just four points adrift of leaders Bournemouth and they head into this fixture looking for their fourth victory in six games.
Inconsistent Cardiff, who have won two and lost two in their last four, have little to play for and can be backed at 3/1 for victory and 13/5 for a draw.
Brentford won the reverse fixture 3-2 in December and a repeat result is priced at 28/1 although punters expecting a home triumph may prefer a safer bet like a victory margin of 1-0, 2-0 or 2-1 at 15/8.
Andre Grey hasn’t scored in his last three appearances but is 4/1 to bounce back with the first goal in this clash and evens to net anytime.
Cardiff striker is 7/1 and 12/5 in the respective markets.
Top Tip: Andre Grey to score anytime at evens

We need to stop Pritchard from controlling the game, which he did at our place. To do so, I'd play five in midfield with a lone striker...He's lazy, but on form it'd have to be Macheda. Basically tell Gunnars or Ralls to stay tight on Pritchard and make sure he doesn't influence the game too much.Kennedy and Noone wide ,with Whitts and McAleny making up the five. Macaleny is much better centrally...Not a natural winger like Kennedy. Having said all that, expect 'Noddy'Slade to go 4 4 2, and Pritchard to dictate.

Well that was how to turn an away deficit into a 9 man 3 pointer. Excellent character. That is all.

Allan, I feel sorry for some who seem incapable of enjoying wins. It must be rare for them to be satisfied whatever the occasion or outcome. Truth is there were massive positives.
