We can keep blaming managers/players,but at the end of the day Vincent Tan has the final say and in many cases has chosen the coaches players himself.
£millions upon £millions wasted by Tan himself, football is not for him.
Not sure I understand this. I thought Gabbidon was brought in on a free.
So if we get rid of him, we save his wages.
Alternatively keeping him and not playing him WOULD be a waste of money.
Yes he was free to sign, but No body is cheap in wages, What did he achieve or do for us? Once again more money wasted which I believe could run well over £100,000 plus.
100% agree with you Annis, what exactly did Tan get for the money? Why did we need so many signings of Centre Backs this season?? All questions for the club to answer

I must agree with this one!
It's very unusual of you to moan![]()
It's his money, however I can understand your meaning in that it could have been spent elsewhere,
ie knocking price of season tickets down even more but there we are! The Club don't understand this so what
else can we expect
What I am saying is, we keep blaming manager after manager for wasting money, but the real waster is Tan as he is clueless on football and everyone else gets blames for where we are now.
Season tickets should actually be cheaper, for the direction were heading.
I know what you are saying but it's his money.
If he had the time and proper direction from someone he could have saved loads, we would be doing better and at the end of it we will never get an owner like him who chucks money at it.
Wish he would chuck £1000 to me and I would renew
You keep saying his money,he wants it all back at our expense and misery.

ThomasC, I agree with Annis that the money Tan has provided/loaned has been ill-used, but for all that would we be asking the same questions IF OGS had either kept us in The Premier League or at the top end of The Championship or if Slade had arrested the fall and pointed us in the opposite direction in which we are currently going??
Just a thought, but somehow I doubt it. We are where ewe are and it appears (and many of us screamed for it to happen) the club are finally doing something about it!

In all fairness Annis, you or no body apart from Tan knows what he wants back from the club? He has not taken any money out of the club so far and has not charged any interest, on those loans. He may surprise everyone and turn debt to equity at some point. Call me naïve but I don't think he is the type to see the club go to the wall, I believe Dalman when he says that Tan will not leave the club in a financial mess.
In hindsight he has wasted lots of money or more accurately other people have wasted his money, whoever it is who is advising him to buy certain players wants shooting

Our fans are walking away in their 1000s because they always have been and always will be fickle as feck. Now that the rebrand has been reversed and the club have pretty much frozen season ticket prices, so the economic side of the argument is not so strong, what excuse have those not returning got? the football is shit! the players are not trying hard enough, well BOO f*cking HOO. Cardiff don't have a God given right to playing sublime football, it has to be earned. We have a state of the art stadium, with an owner who is not afraid to back managers. I know there is a lot wrong at the club, which all of us cannot understand how it happens, but none of it now is enough to make any real supporters not renew or walk away. I would never class myself as the loyalist of supporters, however, even I will renew my season ticket and live 200 miles away, because I know that I will get to half the games next year and I feel that I'm doing my bit to support the club, so I really don't understand why the normal supporters who live within 30 minutes of Cardiff, can't be arsed. I really do think that football in South Wales is nowhere near as ingrained as in other parts of the UK, Swansea would be even worse, if they got relegated under the off field shit that we have had to put up with, they would be struggling to get 8000 in the Liberty. My conclusion is, that South Wales, football fans are just plain fickle.
