As far as I am concerned VT is not the owner, he just has been given the privilege to act as our "major stakeholder" for a certain period of time.

What case could Malky possibly have just because the football authorities decide not to take action because they let their top official off. Malky admitted and apologized for his actions so what case do you think he could possibly have.

1) I can only believe Langston are due the money. Why would you pay anything if you are unaware of the identity? Langston have been paid money so why wasn't it all taken to court before that payment? Why wait until now? More money could have been saved. That does not make sense to me. You pay some money and then claim before being asked to pay more 'oh now we want to know the person we're paying' - why not ask that the first time around?

2) Malky hasn't a leg to stand on. Footballing authorities have no say over civil or criminal law.

And if Langston have already had more than they offered to settle for why go to court with all the potential costs they could incur
