I truly hope so Carl. The poor boy is being messed with way too much. One game he is played and praised for his good work, the next he doesn't even make the subs bench, then hearing this information tops it all off, what is Slade doing?

The way things are looking, you'll not have many capacity crowds next season, so why buy a season ticket? Buy the tickets on a match by match basis, and don't let him screw you over giving him a few hundred quid now. My take is buy a season and you're supporting Tan, pay on a match by match basis and you will still be supporting the club, but if you want to make a protest, and miss a game, you can and starve him of cash. If you've bought a ticket in advance he wont care if you boycott or not.

I have a few pals who have been season ticket holder for a few years, and they are divided on the season ticket thing. I wont pretend to be a city supporter, but I normally go to the odd game with them during the season, and have done since ninety seven (no jack tops ). But I refuse to buy even one or two tickets a season now, as I will not put money into that mans pocket.

Every single week there is something bad going on at the club - who in there right mind would want to be a part of it !

There are merits on both sides for having separate or integrated 1st team and development practice regimes, but to do this to Declan is plain crazy in my book.

The whole set up seems to be geared towards creating "us and them" situations. I wouldn't mind if it resulted in motivation but it obviously doesn't!

Declan should be the future of the club and nurtured as such, not marginalised.

Ive just got home and I have been told Russell Slade had dropped Declan John to the Under 21's squad to train and kept him away from the first team,thank fully John is now back with the first team. I know for a fact like Mat Daehli,Declan John is another good sportsman with total Respect for his Superiors,I am wondering whats behind all this once again?

My point is how many players has Slade tried to upset since his arrival? lets be honest on this,the team/squad dont look like they are playing for him and on many occasions I have heard he has lost the dressing room.

Also Slade has decided now to keep all the Under 21's team away from the first team in training,whats this all about?

It seems Slade is uses an old style regimented approach, this no doubt confuses players and will most definitely not get him respect or commitment. A demotivated team is a confused team. I once heard the following quote which I quite like:

"A manager is not there to motivate players, they should be professional enough to do this themselves, HOWEVER, an incompetent manager CAN DE-MOTIVATE players"...

I think this is what is happening at Cardiff now. Slade has show his allegiance is towards VT and not his players. Players need a manager who will fight for them supports them, not some dick who confuses them and manipulates them.
